For as long as I can remember I have had a fascination for taking photographs. I see myself as a perfectionist so I am never entirely satisfied, but then that is a great driving force to improve upon previous work. Whatever the subject I photograph I am absorbed by it, which I feel is vital to getting good images.
Nature photography has always been a large part of what I do, so my qualification in Environmental Conservation (distinction) has been invaluable to me when out in the field. Since completing my National Diploma in Photography (triple distinctions) I have been privileged to work on a major photographic commission for their Graces the Duke and Duchess of Westminster, travelling to their rural estates in Britain and on the Continent.
My work has been published a number of times in Country Life Magazine and also in Cheshire Life, RSPB’s Bird Life magazine and a rural affairs magazine and also used in a range of brochures and on the new Grosvenor Estate website (www.grosvenorestate.com) and Eaton Estate website (www.eatonestate.co.uk). I have exhibited at the Clwyd Theatr Cymru in Mold, Wales and Bonhams auctioneers, Chester.
I am available for commercial and private commissions, photo restoration, analogue to digital services and any special requests are most welcome. Get in touch via my CONTACT page.
